Muikku Photo käyttää evästeitä ja vastaavia teknologioita, jotta verkkosivusto toimii luotettavasti, on turvallinen ja tarjoaa mahdollisimman sujuvan käyttökokemuksen.

Eväste (cookie) on pieni tekstitiedosto, joka tallentuu laitteellesi, kun vierailet verkkosivustolla. Evästeiden avulla sivusto voi esimerkiksi muistaa valintojasi tai tunnistaa, miten sivustoa käytetään.

Mihin käytämme evästeitä?

Käytämme evästeitä tyypillisesti seuraaviin tarkoituksiin:

Huom: Kaikki evästeluokat eivät välttämättä ole käytössä kaikilla sivuston versioilla.

Suostumus ja evästeasetukset

Voit hyväksyä tai hylätä ei-välttämättömät evästeet evästebannerin tai evästeasetusten kautta. Voit myös muuttaa asetuksia myöhemmin.

Evästeiden hallinta selaimessa

Useimmat selaimet sallivat evästeiden hallinnan selaimen asetuksista. Voit:

  • estää evästeet kokonaan

  • poistaa tallennetut evästeet

  • sallia evästeet vain tietyille sivustoille

Huomioithan, että evästeiden estäminen voi vaikuttaa sivuston toimintaan.

Kolmansien osapuolten palvelut

Sivustolla voidaan käyttää kolmansien osapuolten palveluita (upotetut some-linkit ja muut integraatiot). Nämä palvelut voivat asettaa omia evästeitään tai kerätä tietoa käynnistäsi omien ehtojensa mukaisesti.

Sivuilla on käytössä nämä kolmansien osapuolen palveluiden linkkejä: Meta (Instagram), TikTok, Google.

Automoney Oy / Muikku Photo acts as the data controller of personal data.

2. What Personal Data We Process

Depending on the service, we may process:

  • Photographs and image material (personal data)

  • Email address (only if the customer requests digital images)

  • Name and contact details (studio photography and graphic services)

  • Images provided by the customer for graphic design services

We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

The primary legal basis for processing personal data is contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), when a customer uses our services.

3.1 Event Photobooth

Purpose: producing images and, if requested, delivering digital copies

Processing: images are temporarily stored in a cloud service

Retention period: maximum 24–48 hours

Images are deleted once the retention period expires.

3.2 Walk-in Photobooth at the Studio

Purpose: printing images and optional digital delivery

Retention period: maximum 1 week from the date of the session

3.3 Studio Photography Sessions

Purpose: producing, delivering, and managing photography services and customer relationships

Retention period: maximum 12 months from the date of the session

Longer retention is only possible upon the customer’s separate request or consent.

3.4 Graphic Design Services

Purpose: completing the commissioned work

Retention period: for the duration of the project + up to 6 months after project completion

4. Marketing Use

We do not use images for marketing purposes without the customer’s separate and voluntary consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the service or manage the customer relationship.

After the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Data Processors and Cloud Services

We use third-party technical service providers (fotoShare Cloud / DSLRBooth) in delivering our services.

Photographs may be stored in cloud services whose servers may be located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States.

The service provider has stated that it complies with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or another EU-approved transfer mechanism for transferring personal data outside the EU.

All data transfers are carried out in accordance with the GDPR.

Automoney Oy, as the data controller, is responsible for ensuring that processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law.

7. Disclosure of Data

We do not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data may be disclosed to authorities if required by law.

8. Data Subject Rights

The data subject has the right to:

  • access their personal data

  • request correction of inaccurate data

  • request deletion of their data

  • restrict processing

  • object to processing

  • lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Authority

9. Data Security

Personal data is protected using appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Access to personal data is restricted to individuals who require it based on their work responsibilities.
