Automoney Oy / Muikku Photo toimii henkilötietojen rekisterinpitäjänä.

2. Mitä henkilötietoja käsittelemme

Palvelusta riippuen käsittelemme:

  • Valokuvia ja kuvamateriaalia (henkilötietoa)

  • Sähköpostiosoitetta (vain jos asiakas pyytää digikuvia)

  • Nimeä ja yhteystietoja (studiokuvaukset ja graafiset palvelut)

  • Asiakkaan toimittamia kuvia graafisia palveluita varten

Emme kerää tarpeettomia henkilötietoja.

3. Käsittelyn tarkoitus ja oikeusperuste

Henkilötietojen käsittelyn oikeusperuste on pääsääntöisesti sopimus (GDPR 6(1)(b)), kun asiakas käyttää palveluitamme.

3.1 Tapahtumaphotobooth

  • Tarkoitus: kuvan tuottaminen ja mahdollinen digitaalinen toimittaminen

  • Käsittely: kuva tallentuu tilapäisesti pilvipalveluun

  • Säilytysaika: enintään 24–48 tuntia

Kuvat poistetaan säilytysajan päätyttyä.

3.2 Walk-in automaatti studiolla

  • Tarkoitus: kuvan tulostaminen ja mahdollinen digitaalinen toimitus

  • Säilytysaika: enintään 4 viikkoa kuvauspäivästä

3.3 Studiokuvaukset

  • Tarkoitus: kuvien tuottaminen, toimittaminen ja asiakassuhteen hoitaminen

  • Säilytysaika: enintään 12 kuukautta kuvauspäivästä

Pidempää säilytystä voidaan toteuttaa vain asiakkaan erillisellä pyynnöllä tai suostumuksella.

3.4 Graafiset palvelut

  • Tarkoitus: asiakkaan tilaaman työn toteuttaminen

  • Säilytysaika: projektin keston ajan + enintään 6 kuukautta projektin päättymisestä

4. Markkinointikäyttö

Emme käytä kuvia markkinointiin ilman asiakkaan erillistä ja vapaaehtoista suostumusta.

Suostumus voidaan peruuttaa milloin tahansa.

5. Henkilötietojen säilytys ja poistaminen

Henkilötietoja säilytetään vain niin kauan kuin on tarpeen palvelun toteuttamiseksi tai asiakassuhteen hoitamiseksi.

Säilytysajan päätyttyä tiedot poistetaan tai anonymisoidaan.

6. Henkilötietojen käsittelijät ja pilvipalvelut

Käytämme palvelun toteuttamisessa kolmannen osapuolen teknisiä palveluntarjoajia (fotoShare Cloud / DSLRBooth).

Valokuvia voidaan tallentaa pilvipalveluun, jonka palvelimet saattavat sijaita EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella, mukaan lukien Yhdysvalloissa.

Palveluntarjoaja on ilmoittanut sitoutuneensa EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) -järjestelmään tai muuhun EU:n hyväksymään siirtomekanismiin henkilötietojen siirrossa EU:n ulkopuolelle.

Tietojen siirto tapahtuu GDPR:n mukaisesti.

Automoney Oy vastaa rekisterinpitäjänä siitä, että käsittely tapahtuu lain edellyttämällä tavalla.

7. Tietojen luovutus

Emme luovuta henkilötietoja kolmansille osapuolille markkinointitarkoituksiin.

Tietoja voidaan luovuttaa viranomaisille lain niin edellyttäessä.

8. Rekisteröidyn oikeudet

Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus:

  • saada pääsy omiin tietoihinsa

  • pyytää tietojen oikaisua

  • pyytää tietojen poistamista

  • rajoittaa käsittelyä

  • vastustaa käsittelyä

  • tehdä valitus tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle

9. Tietoturva

Henkilötiedot suojataan asianmukaisin teknisin ja organisatorisin toimenpitein.

Pääsy tietoihin on rajattu vain niille henkilöille, joilla on siihen työtehtäviensä perusteella oikeus.

10. Muutokset tietosuojaselosteeseen

Pidätämme oikeuden päivittää tätä tietosuojaselostetta lainsäädännön tai toimintamme muuttuessa.

Automoney Oy / Muikku Photo acts as the data controller of personal data.

2. What Personal Data We Process

Depending on the service, we may process:

  • Photographs and image material (personal data)

  • Email address (only if the customer requests digital images)

  • Name and contact details (studio photography and graphic services)

  • Images provided by the customer for graphic design services

We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

The primary legal basis for processing personal data is contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), when a customer uses our services.

3.1 Event Photobooth

Purpose: producing images and, if requested, delivering digital copies

Processing: images are temporarily stored in a cloud service

Retention period: maximum 24–48 hours

Images are deleted once the retention period expires.

3.2 Walk-in Photobooth at the Studio

Purpose: printing images and optional digital delivery

Retention period: maximum 4 week from the date of the session

3.3 Studio Photography Sessions

Purpose: producing, delivering, and managing photography services and customer relationships

Retention period: maximum 12 months from the date of the session

Longer retention is only possible upon the customer’s separate request or consent.

3.4 Graphic Design Services

Purpose: completing the commissioned work

Retention period: for the duration of the project + up to 6 months after project completion

4. Marketing Use

We do not use images for marketing purposes without the customer’s separate and voluntary consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the service or manage the customer relationship.

After the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Data Processors and Cloud Services

We use third-party technical service providers (fotoShare Cloud / DSLRBooth) in delivering our services.

Photographs may be stored in cloud services whose servers may be located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States.

The service provider has stated that it complies with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or another EU-approved transfer mechanism for transferring personal data outside the EU.

All data transfers are carried out in accordance with the GDPR.

Automoney Oy, as the data controller, is responsible for ensuring that processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law.

7. Disclosure of Data

We do not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data may be disclosed to authorities if required by law.

8. Data Subject Rights

The data subject has the right to:

  • access their personal data

  • request correction of inaccurate data

  • request deletion of their data

  • restrict processing

  • object to processing

  • lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Authority
